In order to promote the 10th Dream Car Art Contest, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) turned to Rotor Studios to create a launch film for the contest, but with one rule: no cars.
Working as both agency and studio, we collaborated with TMC to craft four separate stories of children interacting with machines that brought joy. After a two day shoot on location and in a stunt studio, we went about augmenting the shots with computer generated vehicles, steam punk legs and one cute little goldfish robot.
