Having previously worked with the Where There’s Smoke (WTS) crew on some smaller projects, we combined forces in full to create the visual direction for the launch of the new Smooth Channel on Foxtel. A 60” brand spot, on air idents and DekoCast elements were designed and created that featured beautiful live action vistas of Bondi Beach contrasted with silky bronze inks and dancing metallic particles from a two day shoot.

In late 2017, Foxtel contacted WTS about a visual refresh of the design assets, including DekoCast elements, ID boards and so on. So we dusted off the old hard drives, resurrected the original assets and set about providing an updated look for the channel, with new typography and visual treatments.
